Summer MEET Team -
Friday June 30 - Wed July 26
Amman, Jordan
Main Activity - to assist a church in running a Children's Summer Program (consisting of English, Sport, Bible and Drama)
- meet national Christians, visit/participate in local ministries, visit local homes
- tourist visits to Jerash, Petra, and Aqaba
Skills - Any qualified English or ESL/TFL teachers of children 4-13 yrs of age are highly desired, but anyone with a heart for
children and knows how to have fun with them would also be most welcome.
Costs - $680.00 US (plus airfare)
Cut -off date for applications - April 30, 2006
Opportunity: United Arab Emirates - Midwives . This is an urgent need at the Fujaireh Clinic.
Egypt - an assistant (male or female), to help Maher F in the Cairo AWEMA (Arab World Evangelical Ministerial Association) office. This person needs to be convinced of the ministry and be willing to stay and help with fund raising and international communication. Willingness to work at learning Arabic would be needed.
